The STG area has one occasionally but it's relatively rare. I think that shithole at the corner of S Harrells Ferry and O'Neal is in STG and they had a double homicide back there earlier this year.

I looked at all the homicides in StG dating back to Jan. 1, 2017. In nearly 3 years, there have been all of 6 homicides in the StG area. 2 in 2017, 1 in 2018 and 3 so far in 2019.
