It was delicious. I didn't bake, so I lost the casserole part, but it was excellent. Dark brown gravy, super rich, put over rice

Sounds good.
I recently made Donald Link’s pork roast with brown gravy recipe, which is somewhat similar and uses pork butt rather than the center cut chops. If you liked your casserole, you may want to try the Link recipe one day.
