I bought a box of the 70 grain 5.56 to use on white tail this year. Curious as to what happens to the all copper bullet as far as whether it will break up or just mushroom back and go clear through like a slug. Either way, after my research I found nothing but great reviews from on here and other websites. Will report back with results, hopefully soon

It has been known to be quite an effective bullet overseas. Look up "Barnes brown tip".

I shot almost all the way through a small buck with those. Hard facing me when I shot, near shoulder blade was clipped, three ribs busted, recovered in the back of the ham.

Both in my experience.

Velocity has to be very high for the petals to shed. I've had cases where the TSX acted like a fmj and just went through them like they weren't there. No blood or hair or anything.

Shoot the TTSX in as small a bullet as you can. It mushrooms with 99% weight retention. Lead bull8break up but this will go through a deer from front to back no problem. Itd one of the top 5 hunting bullets and you can eat right up to it.
