This is a lie.

I'll wait for you to point out in Bill Taylor's testimony where he had first hand knowledge of anything.

Everything he spoke about was his impression and interpretation, or what a "staff member told him." Nor did he substantiate any of his claims with any type of evidence to support them, despite the fact that the text messages between Taylor and Sondland clearly show Sondland insisting the President wanted no quid pro quos in the face of Taylor conveniently making that claim out of the blue.

For some reason, that staff member(s) he references have remained unnamed. Perhaps because we know the whistleblower is a spook who's coordinated with Schiff's office and other democrats to initiate this sham investigation.
