Your first question is not even a proper question - do you know what you are asking there? I doubt it.
It is also categorically false - the fact that Trump sought to get the Ukrainian President to publicly announce that they are initiating investigations into Burisma and the Bidens - along with actually initiating the investigations - is at the entire heart of what the Democrats are seeking to impeach Trump over, in the first place.....
