STUDIES? Woah woah, let's not get ahead of ourselves now.

We need to have at least 4-5 catered luncheons at TJ Ribs, then we'll need to take at least one tax payer funded week long trip to another city across the country so we can visit their lakes. WAAAY BEFORE, we hire a black owned or LBGTQ owned firm for a study. talk about putting the cart before the horse. there's thousands of tax payer dollars to waste before any stinking study takes place.
