They sad part is how they put a tarp around the deceased gentlemen’s feet finally so you don’t see them sticking out from the rubble

There are probably no less than five different insurers arguing right now over who has to pay what.
Probably several carriers on the builders risk. The GC's liability carrier. The E&O carrier for the architect. All the carriers for any subs involved.
