He's probably going to argue it more narrowly. Something about removing DACA violates title IX or something convoluted that the plaintiff doesn't even argue, but he invents to come up with a reason.

I know its John Roberts we're talking about here but I just can't see him going "There" that the constitution is obviously very clear on. That would be akin to a brutal stab in the back that just cannot be ignored.

He's on thin enough ice with republicans and conservatives as it is. If he rules like that and GOP wins all three political branches in the house, senate, and Presidency, good chance there will be a strong movement to impeach and remove him from office.

Republicans removing a republican should be a no brainer.

Foreign interference in an American court? Shocked!

Our legislative branch will be moot if Trump (or any future president) isn't allowed to overturn his predecessor's executive orders.

They promised to try and do something about how smelly they are.

So basically Mexico is telling the US...we’ll never defeat the US through illegal occupation if your legal system fails to cooperate. Lol!

Someone needs to start a list of what foreign influence is acceptable and when it is illegal.

No one is removing a SCOTUS judge for rulings they don't like or are unconstitutional.

John Roberts isn't going anywhere. They aren't going to remove a Supreme Court justice, especially the Chief. It just ain't happening.

There are at least 700,000 DACAn people. Mexico spent about $3 person...over 7 years. 42 cents a person per year is something that's supposed to impress us?

Libbies... that should tell you something when a foreign government pushes for certain programs within the USA...

Like Mexico pushing for the US Congress to sign the updated NAFTA( USMCA)?

This never should have made it to the Supreme Court in the first place.

A President can either rescind a prior EO of a previous President, or he cannot.

The President can either make immutable law, or he cannot.

That's as simple as it gets.

Thank you

The decision is that and has zero to do with kids, any one of the justices that even considers this aspect should be impeached.

Seriously,

If I am the attorney doing oral argument, that's my argument. That's it.

What is your point here? that they pay their way or that they do not pay enough? Mexico will have to multiply that by about 100 just to make it even laughable as an argument.
