We need to stop saying "Bama's rush game lacks", "SC did this", "Tenn did this"

"Bama's defense isn't that good", "They haven't played anyone", etc.
We do this every year and I've been guilty of it as well for the last few years. But this is proven to not matter. Bama brings their best game into LSU week every year. Expect no different this year.
We can win this game. It's our best chance to win this game in a long time. But it will certainly be a dog fight and LSU will have to play their best game this year to win. If we win this game, it's not going to be a blowout, it's not going to be a comfortable win, it's going to be a last minute drive for TD or FG (or something along those lines). This game will not be 44-16 LSU - so don't expect that.
I know it's a complete waste to say this but I'll try anyway - Before the scoreboard opens and everyone loses their minds on the first snap, please remember that not every play/player/coach will be perfect. Mistakes are going to be made, bad plays will be called, the refs will suck, and the other team will beat us/stop us multiple times in the game. Hopefully, we can beat them a little bit more.

I don’t think anyone said Bamas defense wasn’t “good” prior to this year. But this year they are absolutely not on the same level defensively that they usually are. It’s not just LSU fans saying that either.

I think this game will be a nail bighter and hopefully not a heartbreaker at the end. These are two really good teams littered with NFL talent going up against each other. The people that think we are just going to steam roll them are most likely in for a rude awakening. When was the last time Bama has been blown out at home?
