I am not sure if he would be successful or not, I like take a wait and see approach with my coaches. There are some times when it’s obvious a coach can come in and win big, like O here, but in general it is wait and see.

I'd be all for him jumping in as DB coach or something. Jumping into the big chair cold turkey isn't going to make people forget about Willie.
