La High School Wresting - Season Thread?

I was hoping we could have a season thread for La high school wresting. I have a relative involved, and I'm attempting to learn more about it. Last time something was posted it got a surprising amount of replies, so I'm hoping this works. I believe the season began just a few days ago.

Both sides were missing some weights and starting some JV kids. Catholic is pretty good this year with a lot of seniors and juniors.

Live oak is pretty good. They are stepping up to D-1 this year and should finish top ten at State. Catholic should finish top five again.

14x6 = 84; Appears STP won 13 matches and Mande won 1 weight class, hence the aforementioned score
I won 5 wrestling tournaments my Sr. year including State. Finished with a 28-3 record. Was offered scholarships to wrestle in the Midwest, but decided I wanted to attend LSU and party like Cheech & Chong. Sometimes I wonder “what could have been ?” ...wouldn’t change my past since everything happens for a reason, and life is great today.
