So meth was the cause of death ? That can be determined ? Or is it an opinion? Unfortunately the kid was probably in for a rough life if it lived..

I mean the article explicitly stated the baby had toxic levels of meth in it's system. So yeah, I imagine they tested the blood and determined there was enough of the drug present to harm and/or kill the baby.
