Top 10 in no order except #1 and #2:
1) Whiplash
2) MacGruber
3) Prisoners
4) Ex Machina
5) About Time
6) Fury Road
7) Warrior
8) Social Network
9) Wolf of Wall Street
10) A Pigeon Sitting on a Bench Reflecting on Existence
And yes, the last one was included over a few other potential #10's (mostly Edge of Tomorrow) so as to not be so "mainstream".

My three favorites as of this time,
-Manchester by the Sea
-The Social Network
-Three Billboards outside Ebbing Missouri (surprised I'm the first one to mention it)
Someone mentioned The Big Sick earlier. Wouldn't put it in my top 10, but it might be the best romantic comedy of the decade.
