"Brooks Kubena @BKubena
Ed Orgeron talking drug tests, says they have a program to tell players what to do and what not to do, and if you don't pass "you face certain consequences."

Says sometimes that leads to rehab, and he's driven some players to rehab. #LSU"

LSU compliance sends our guys to rehab. Incredible! Get Bo Bahnsen away from LSU

Seems like this is a positive thing? Having had an uncle that was a pot head, you can get addicted to the stuff. This is taking care of the person instead of worrying about a football game. I am sorry, I just cannot get upset about this, it worked for Arden Key a few years ago.

Rehab is often used as a way to convince a ruling body that the player should not receive as harsh of consequences. It’s a good thing.

If through the internal evaluations it's found that weed is negatively impacting the kids life, then rehab is a reasonable outcome.

Where the compliance office will frick us is that they will turn Orgeron in for giving the player a ride and call it an impermissible benefit.

You think they wouldn’t get in trouble if they got an MIP?

God allowed us all seed barring plants

says so right there in a bible

I don't need a government who couldn't figure out a good way to tax and get their cut of the money to be made to tell me it's illegal

Meanwhile, Alabama players get caught with weed and an illegal stolen hand gun in Louisiana and get off Scott Free.

As a fan it sucks...

But if I'm a parent, I would absolutely want the Coach to help my son get his s#!t together.

Yes, but that is not an excuse to do things the wrong way.

Higher educations is a calling, it is important that LSU make their students better, not worse for the experience. I really have no shits to give for how Bama runs their university, I do care about how LSU runs the program.
