Who are the two teams you want to face in the playoffs? (Assuming we get there)

Not necessarily who you think we’d have the best shot against, just who you’d like to play.
For me Clemson then tOSU would be awesome to see.

Long way to go with Bama, A&M, & GA still to come, but ..... Clemson & OSU. Imagine what Joe B. will be feeling suiting up against OSU for the NC ! You couldn’t write a script like that and have anyone believe it possible.

Beating Bama twice in one year would be awesome but rematch games generally never favor the team that won the first game if they are comparable teams.

In a perfect world, I’d like for LSU to win convincingly next week and Bama be left out. frick them.

The stories write themselves. LSU has to beat BOTH of the teams they last beat to win NCs. Burrow (Heisman winner) vs Hurts (Heisman finalist/former Bama QB we’ve yet to beat) followed by Burrow vs his old team.

Currently, I project the four teams in the college football playoffs to be LSU, Alabama, Clemson, and Ohio State.
The committee will probably make LSU and Alabama and Clemson and Ohio State play each other in the first round, with the two winners playing for the national championship.
However, if I had my druthers, I would prefer to play Clemson in the first round. Cause currently, I perceive them as being the weakest team at this time.

LSU v Oregon would be nice to see Burrow v Herbert. We would destroy the Ducks.
Bama v Ohio St would be fun. I think Ohio St is a bad matchup for Bama.

To be honest, and I’m not saying I want them to get in, but if I could write the script and guarantee the result, I would want to beat OSU (for Burrow) and beat Alabama in a rematch in the final (for the last eight years).
They need to feel that sting (although true payback would require them winning the first GOTC with us getting an unfair rematch where we demoralize them).
frick all that though. They’re only getting one shot and we’re leaving no doubt this time.
