I agree but I have yet to see players react or listen..... heck they barely listen to 10 coaches yelling DIVE DIVE DIVE DIVE at snap

They're hindrances as often as helps. I've heard announcers urging the crowd to make some noise when their team was on offense.

this.

The PA guy can’t be tipping plays because he sees it happen at the same time as everyone else. He describes what happened, not what is happening and there’s a difference.

Curtis reacted to that fake punt called by the PA guy a couple of years ago... Fortunately it worked out for Rummel...
