I agree 100%. if a neighborhood is big for halloween, that neighborhood should not have cars driving around unless absolutely needed.. driving house to house is annoying as hell, and there are to many kids running around having fun that shouldn’t be worried about some lazy f’er hitting them.

Making sure kids have a safe and fun Halloween should be everyone's only concern. People worried about kids from other neighborhoods and going so far as having two types of candy is just pathetic. FFS, just turn your light off if you're that miserable.

If you ring our doorbell this Thursday, you're getting a cheerful answer and the good stuff. If you look too old to be Trick-or-Treating, I'll still give you candy. It's not the end of the world and they could be doing far worse things than that.

In my neighborhood it’s not just cars . . . We get flatbed trailers with parents sitting in lawn chairs drinking while their kids are running around. The trailers will stop in the middle of the road clogging everything up or they pull off in a yard and tear the yard up. Bring all the kids you want, but walk the neighborhood and be respectful of everyone’s property.
