Has anyone tried the AppleTV+? I got a notification earlier that I have a free year. Unfortunately, I also have PSVue and in the same boat as you guys. Sucks, I went through hell convincing my wife to drop conventional cable and try it out and now she loves Vue.

I don't see anyone mentioning Direct TV Now, is it not good?

Direct TV now Is good if you got it early on and were grandfathered into the original packages. I was one of those people for a year and they kept raising prices to the point I had to go. The new package selection is pretty bad. I’m addition, the DVR was only 20 Hours and the live tv pausing option wasn’t great. You couldn’t get on demand episodes from dvr either.

That said, I’ve had DTV now, PSVue, and now YouTube tv because of vue closing shop. I’m my personal opinion, I like the guide interface on YouTube tv much better. It is set up in a landscape format and not vertical bars like PSVue. However, I think vue was better configured with the buttons for my firestick than YouTube tv is. Vue also had a last channel option with the firestick that I really liked that YouTube tv doesn’t have.

I’ve only had YouTube for a few days now so take that for what it’s worth but I wouldn’t say the switch is definitely much better. Better and different in some ways, yes, but not like some people make it out to be.

Yep, just activated mine this past Friday and I love Apple TV+. Think of it as a small selection similar to Netflix, not like PSVue or YouTube TV. It does NOT do live TV but instead has some VERY good shows, albeit only around 15 or so at launch.

See is VERY good and The Morning Show is basically about Matt Lauer and well acted.

As for Vue, it seems like Hulu with Live TV or YouTube TV seems to be the 2 big dogs (along with Sling but sling is meh to me). If you already pay for Hulu, it's the cheapest to just add the Live TV feature to your plan.

FuboTV looks awesome too but right now does not carry any of the ESPNs (ESPN2, ESPNU, SEC Network, etc) so that's a deal breaker for me.
