No shite. But, to answer the BS, Parish prisoners will generally be in orange or another bright color. State prisoners wear that blue.

Male LADOC inmates wear orange for the most part. As far as wardrobe goes they haven't been convicted yet so they can wear civilians to court unless there is a security reason otherwise. I am assuming he had someone give him some civilian clothes to wear to court or its what he had on him when he was arrested. Those are def not issued by the DOC.
