Do OSU fans still pull for Joe or has that died down?

I'm a dyed in the wool Buckeye who is here because of Burrow.
I root hard for OSU each game but.....I will stay with Burrow and for the first and more than likely only time in my life root against them if they play the Tigers.

These two statements don't jive. Youre obviously not that big of a Buckeye fan

Since it appears that you’re being sincere here I must say that I’m completely perplexed but also very impressed.

It’s amazing that a former player on the team you love that transferred out for more playing time is so well respected. So much that someone like yourself will support Burrow and his current team over the team you love if the HTH matchup ever evolves.

I can honestly see why Burrow means so much to you guys because we absolutely love this dude and we can’t believe this is our final season with him. He’s the epitome of a team leader and he’s everything that all collegiate and even NFL coaches want in their QB.

Yes! Watching every LSU game I can and cheering for the Tigers. I wouldn't even be that disappointed if LSU beats OSU in the playoffs. Joe's an Ohio kid who deserved the starting position at OSU since his sophomore year, but Meyer was too loyal to JT. Love to see the way you guys have welcomed him.

Here's what some people don't understand. High School football in Ohio is a big deal. Fans of Ohio football love Joe. Fans of Ohio State Football might not love him. So some Buckeyes don't care about him and would love to see him get banged around if OSU plays LSU. But true fans of Ohio Football love and support Joe.

DUKKEV, seriously?
You have ever score and game site memorized from over 40 years ago!
That is impressive---and what's it like living in your Mom's basement?

I would love to see the Buckeyes and the Tigers play in the championship game.

I like Joe, and as a Buckeye fan I will root for Joe to have a good game in a great shootout of a game.

But I still want to see the Buckeyes win, either by special teams play or the defense getting a fumble recovery or shutting down LSU’s running game.

But if Joe and LSU prevail, I could at least tip my hat and say well done and not be as bummed as I might be with another team.

Even as great as both teams are doing right now, it's still way to early think this match up will happen. Both teams still have lots of games to win before it can happen.

It has died down quite a bit this year. Once in awhile I'll hear people talking about it, but last year osu's fan base was really supporting him.

They do cheer for him but it has turned from happy for him to “you guys should thank us.” That’s more the type of people in Columbus than football related though.
