LPSO is still pursuing charges and they interviewed student athlete witnesses last week.
The story that is also out there is the kid has still been a turd since he came back, discipline problems, fighting with teammates, refused to learn the playbook etc. There are a lot of people upset with the powers that be that allowed the kid back
