They’re lawyering up gone sue the USFWS, so said they’re presentation slide.

It better be pro bono, or else they are going to lose. A startup like FFL going up against the US Federal Government is not going to end well for them. There is just simply no way they have the funding to battle that out in the courts.

They're going to lose anyway. I don't see a lick of evidence to support their claims. Hell, half of what they were spouting a year ago was straight up BS. Maybe their message has changed since then, but I doubt it.

Still kills me how little those guys understand about "Normal Agricultural Practices".

They have done some laughable things and have some laughable statistics and obviously can’t comprehend very well and I can never take them serious nor will I support them

They have been very wrong on their understanding of the migratory bird treaty act. You can now and have always been able to hunt standing flooded crops. Nothing ever changed

All that said, if they were to try and change some rules such as making it not legal to hunt purposely flooded, purposely unharvested crops that would be fine by me

There is nothing that is “normal agriculture practice” about leaving standing corn or beans, unharvested and flooding them

There should be some exceptions with weather extremities not being able to get crops out but it’s not normal to do some of the things that are being done
