100.dude.

the future looks to be even more devoid of love than the present.

as a sci-fi fanatic, im intrigued.

as someone who will have to live through it...im horrified.

imagine the Lovecraftian horror of a species ten billion strong who can't even get along with each other in the most basic ways dictated by nature.

imagine the widespread ennui, the boredom, the isolation, the dread when every man finally realizes he doesn't truly have any other human to rely on.

imagine everyone's major encounters with the opposite sex being robotic and virtual, not genuine.

the suicide rates are already rising at alarming rates. no one is paying attention but me.

Google it if you don't believe me.

in terms of relationships, I'm scared happiness does not exist.

is the future we're building really going to be a place where the sexes push each other away out of fear, anger, or just common sense?

are we going to allow ourselves to slide down the slope into an as-of-now-unrecognizable lack of social cohesion?
do we really want to destroy the infinite possibilities of as many happy families, just because we can't grapple with the depth of the vulgarity of sociosexual conditions as they are now?

i believe we're slowly losing something that we cannot afford to lose. I have no idea how to fix this

i cope with Weed and sports and the occasional tinder hoe. but it's not enough

I see some of what you’re talking about, and IMO the only antidote is having a family.

The real depressing thing is how much luck is involved in pairing up with someone with whom you’re truly compatible enough to spend decades together, sharing your lives, and creating/shaping new ones.
