Side question for people who know about the area - my family has almost 200 years of history in the Mauldin/Fountain Inn area but I haven't been there in probably 15 years or more. Mostly farmland and old people when I was a kid.

Sounds like those are pretty decent/pleasant "suburbs" of Greenville now?

Someone else can correct me if they have a different view, but I'd consider Fountain Inn to be the southernmost suburb of Greenville today if you're heading down I-385.
