Every country meddles in every countries elections. You think the USA CIA does not impact every national election worldwide.Did Russia meddle of course, Did Trump cause it of course not. The fact that congress doesn't understand this is laughable.

I was responding to the previous gentleman who claimed that Mueller concluded there was no proof Russia was involved. That is false.
The question is not 'did Trump cause it?'. The question is 'what reason did Russia have to interfere on his behalf?'. If there was no collusion between the two then that suggests that Russia merely saw Trump as preferable to their interests. Why that might be, who knows? If there was collusion, which, again, Mueller did not conclude upon, then the situation is at once more complicated and more straightforward.
