Yes, looks like the Whistleblower had no context of info. Had bits and pieces. Didn’t know State Department sent Rudy, didn’t know they were holding the money to let Europe contribute; then had word the call mentioned Biden, and went conspiracy nut.....That’s why you can’t trust secondhand info, because of context. There were normal reasons for all of that....
