Well, who else you gonna vote for? Mr Aleppo?

are they in recess or is it over; I had to step out for an hour

Schiff literally said “this is a parody.” I mean you can’t make this stuff up. The legacy media taking this guy seriously just proves it’s all 100% fake news, all of it.

fricking no one. The two parties have a monopoly on the system and I for one am not participating in the circus. When your average American, not a millionaire, can run for an office, then I will vote.

Maguire is now in closed door testimony to the Senate
Posted on 9/26/19 at 12:23 pm to monstranceclock76
If you ever want that to be a possibility you have to vote against democrats as they are currently constructed.

Kamala just called out Barr and Rudy. Oh what I’d give to have them both testify together in public.

Does the system allow for second and third hand information? If so, that needs to be rewritten.
This complaint should have never seen the light of day. It should have been rejected the moment it was received.
If the 2nd or 3rd-hand information was told to you by credible sources, and it pertains to the context of the complaint, sure. Why not? It is obviously supportive information, and like with the 1st-hand information, can be investigated and verified.....
I totally disagree with your position that it should have never seen the light of day. This is a very obvious form of corruption at the highest levels of government in our country.
This is a country of a people - it's governors serve at the pleasure of the people that employ them to their office. They have to be held to SOME form of transparency, or our government will forever be mired in corruption. Donald Trump once called that "The Swamp". Amazing how Trump puppets can be such hypocrites....

By definition, this information is not a whistleblower complaint.

THE ONLY REASON THAT POLITICS IS THE WAY THEY ARE IN THIS COUNTRY TODAY, IS ENTIRELY BECAUSE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ALLOWS IT TO BE. WE TOTALLY HAVE ALL THE POWER WE NEED TO CHANGE THINGS, BUT WE ARE TOO FAT, LAZY, AND HAPPY WITH THE STATUS QUO TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.....

So are you for the IC or some government group listening in on calls from everyone in Congress with foreign officials?

Apparently, it was ALL 3rd hand

People don’t get that warning Dems that doing things like this could damage the office in the future means nothing to them. They hate the way our country’s constructed, destroying every part of it is to their benefit.

In and of itself, no. But what does that have to do with anything??
Posted on 9/26/19 at 12:36 pm to ConwayGamecock
Because unconfirmed rumors shouldn’t be used to undermine the function of the President. If you can’t see how dangerous it is to use an opposition document to impeach a president then you’re not trying. Democrats wrote this complaint, you can bet your house on that.

It means this entire hearing is a show. It's a means to obfuscate and distract. But now it makes our President's job even harder, because foreign leaders won't want to discuss sensitive business if they fear it will become public due to hearsay statements that are wrongly deemed to be urgent by partisan bureaucrats.

Yes, I guess. But perhaps a more important question - what powers of authority do members of Congress have involving foreign officials?
Posted on 9/26/19 at 12:41 pm to ConwayGamecock
The level of intellectual difference between schiff and maguire is glaring
How in the frick do some of these idiots get voted in?

They should have literally none....at all...under any circumstance

Lobbying...
They all take frequent trips to foreign countries. Most of that is actually public information.
