Some kind of cheese.

It was at some high falutin' cocktail party and the host was making a big deal about it. I don't remember the details but it was old... a decade plus old I think.

Anyway, at least half the people in the group listening to him wouldn't try it.

I had been drinking, so I threw it on a cracker and chewed it up. Tasted kind of like cheese.

Trying to remember the oldest bourbon I’ve had. 25 maybe....??? Which coincidentally is the age when poon starts going bad. Up to that point it is always good. After that it takes maintenance to keep that thing up.
