Trump should state up front that he is requesting Ukrainian Officials to investigate Biden's potential criminality re blackmailing Ukraine to give Joe's Son a pass (like Hillary) re blatant criminality.
Trump should further say that he is directing AG Barr to investigate the same. Biden's on-camera admission of Ukrainian blackmail is alone, a smoking gun...and enough to initiate an open Investigation.

Ukraine should get the Military aid...and Biden's blackmail to cover for his Son's (criminal) profiteering should be investigated.
Oh, and the 'Whistleblower'...should be outed and slammed as well. The very idea that someone can be listening to the private dealings re major Policy wherein the live of many are on the line...and that a 'whistleblower' can undermine those deals...undermines the whole process of National security and international negotiations.
What Leader is going to communicate honestly, when they now know that their conversation is being monitored, and will be released into the public.
I'd have the FBI do a 'Roger Stone raid' on this Whistleblower, and end that crap. National Security on the line.

I like this idea - make news with it - force the MSM to at least mouth the words of Biden's corrupt bribery while in office. Ukraine and China also - pure bribery of the most corrupt kind == personal enrichment in exchange for governmental action.

This reminds me of the Uranium One conspiracy theory.
You don't have any evidence that Biden specifically tied aid to the investigation of his son. If you did, he would have already been prosecuted for corruption.
