I have been unsuccessfully searching the net trying to find updated information on road closures in Texas or Louisiana due to the flooding from Imelda. Does anyone know if I10 is open all the way to Houston from BR?

Waze, Google Maps and DriveTexas (TX 511) all showing I-10 still closed as of 4:19am. My guess is that authorities will want to wait until at least first light before opening anything -- if only so they can fully check road conditions
