Anything with under 60k miles is likely an owner on a lease or that bought it with plans to just trade it in after 1-3 years. They don’t really care about maintenance outside of the minimum they need to do for their lease or trade in.

It’s not even the money most of the time, it’s they don’t see the point in wasting their time on something that’s under warranty and doesn’t affect them.
