Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I couldn't find it. I also didn't hear any of the talk shows discuss it.

Simply my guess, but I think the switch was made when the game was officially out of reach. Coach probably just wanted to get his other QBs an opportunity to take some snaps in Tiger Stadium.
