Doesn't appear to be registered on Ethic's PAC list. LINK
There is a "Louisiana First PAC" based out of Shreveport, but none listed with "Louisiana First Republicans PAC."

Nothing will happen to the person or persons doing this. No one will investigate this. If you are on the side the power to be want you on then laws mean nothing.
