He is referencing the 4chan hoax that the OK sign is also a sign for “White Power.”
Since everyone at the game was signaling the number “3” in the Continental style (our OK sign), he figures the SJW will say they are all White Supremacists.

It's tongue in cheek, but based on real events. For instance, a fan was banned from Wrigley for life for flashing the okay sign on tv. The "investigation" by the pussies working for the Cubs, informed by poring over his facebook, ultimately led to his banning.
