On tree shape alone, I say grapefruit. They tend to have a symmetrical umbrella canopy versus willowly satsumas and lemons.

Grapefruit grow in clusters (hence the name based on the similarity to grapes). It’s usually easy to tell grapefruit in person by looking to see if the fruit is clustered or more separated. Grapefruit are noticeably larger than lemons and satsumas by this time of year.

It isn't a grapefruit. I am the neighbor on the other side

I am also oblivious to a lot of things that Alx pays attention to. I remember the mature fruit being satsuma like, but not for sure. I think it is some form of orange tree that I just haven't seen a lot of...I know the tree/bush gets absolutely loaded down every year then they pick em all in one afternoon.
