Yep. Value is still there for a renovation and lot sizes are great.

Yeah. Great thing about Tara is there's plenty of older, retired people so the neighborhood is active throughout the day still. Very convenient to pretty much everything in town. Neighborhood has police patrol and cameras with license plate readers at every entrance/exit to the subdivision now, as well...largely overkill but it seems like the criminal element is aware of this and stays away.
