FWIW - I don’t like these games either. You may as well just make it a bye week for some teams.
With that said, to make everyone schedule P5 teams, I think you need to have a clearer definition of P5. Maybe reword it to include some of the Boise’s, BYU, Notre Dame’s of the landscape. If not, everyone will call Rutgers, Kansas, and Oregon State to fill their schedule.
