BMI 26.4
No one would say I’m overweight, but I think I’m a little overweight. At about 23 BMI I’m very thin, but feel really good. When I was in high school I wore size 28 waist pants and I had a BMI of 21. At 18.5 BMI I would have to be hospitalized, so I don’t think you can take these numbers as absolutes. But it’s a decent guide.
