He got beat all night. Stingley held his side pretty well.

I mean he was playing on a gimp ankle.

Pretty well? He locked that shite down.
If we had two of that guy we win by 30

He wasn’t planting well after he rolled his ankle. I think he did well and we will be fine. Refs allowed Texas wideouts to armbar and push off all night. The only other group of wideouts that should give us problems like that will be Bama and one thing I will add is Texas has some huge strong wideouts. Bama wideouts are extremely fast.

he hurt his ankle and was playing against really good receivers. Plus LSU wasn't getting any pressure.

I guess it's all perception. My takeaway last night was that our DBs are typically in great positions, but UT simply has a few studs at WR.
I knew we were giving up plenty of yards and points, but I wasn't worried about any individual effort or play, if that makes sense.

He was fine. He made 2 bad plays. He did not “get beat” all night.
Majority of big plays were off of our LBs.
Stingley is a monster though.

He was in great position. Sam Ehlinger is actually one helluva quarterback who has good chemistry with his receivers.
It happens. It's game two. Aranda will adjust to this defense and it still may end up one of the best we've ever had. Take 2011 vs. West Virginia into account. Or even look at Clemson vs. ATM last year. Kellen Mond threw for 430.

He had his moments but it was a rough night

He wasn't THAT bad. He mis-timed that jump on the Eagles TD, but that was about it. He was a little gimpy and Aranda had them playing super soft, so maybe thats it.
Harris was worked over pretty good and UT did a good job getting the matchups they wanted with Duvernay in the slot, but that's not on Fulton.

I agree with the other posters. After reviewing every pass play, Fulton didn't play that bad. I saw 2 plays where he either misjudged the ball or got beat by the WR. Every other play, he was in great position and could have made the play. One specific play, the receiver just got inside position on him for what was a jump ball.

Pretty well? the only passes they completed on him were 2 throws underneath when he was playing zone. Dude...he locked those guys the frick down all night. An absolute beast. 4 targets against him, 2 caught for 20 yards. I can't believe he is a true freshman.

Im surprised he didn’t suffer a season ending injury. That didn’t look good. I don’t even know how he played after that so I’m not gonna hate on him.

I thought he was in position on every pass. He just misjudged the ball every time too. Don’t know if it was the lights, not seeing the ball in time or what. He also couldn’t keep his feet under him. He looked like he was wearing skates every pass too. But I thought he was there to make the play every pass his way.

Lol you are so dumb

Plays out of the slot are what killed us the majority of the night. Those plays were coverages that were made by either the nickel, safety or the LB's.

You know nothing but keep hoping and praying. He’s going to be fine. Go talk to coach CR maybe he just might tell the truth.

I would say more like Harris got beat all night!

Stingley looked like a deer in the headlights on the onsides kickoff, but other than that, he was damned near perfect.
