Yes some other teams run it, but it is still relatively rare even among “inferior” teams
I just feel like if you are miami Ohio and you are facing a big ten team your first game, as you often do, you’d have a better chance of springing the upset if you were a triple O offense instead of a worse version of a typical big ten offense than defenses know how to defend easily
