not it’s not. Austin and DFW both have significant humidity during the summer. not as much as Houston, but still significant. the only time it’s actually “dry” is during the dead of winter during a large cold front from the rockies

I live in Waco and have for 5 years now. The humidity for the most part is not nearly as bad as BR/Houston/Nola, but it's still hot as balls.
