Snap was slow getting to Brennan last night affecting running plays and timing. He played with 2nd unit and had drop on 2nd down. Palmer had hands on ball in end zone. He is not Joe Burrow but he will be good one.Would have been more productive with starters

I'm a big MB fan, but I will say that for someone that throws every day, he looked too erratic, and it was disappointing somewhat.

He's definitely a slinger. But, the cannon is only good if you can hit your target. Stand tall, poise, set your feet, play with confidence. He has the skills without question, just need to learn the "it" from Joe.

Brennan will be fine. Next spring it's his team. He will most of the reps with the 1's and he will get comfortable. He had one drop by Pettigrew and a nice touch pass to Palmer that could/should have been caught. Those two turn his stats into 9/12 for over 100yds and 1 TD.

He definitely had a case of the yips last night, but he'll be a very good QB for us the next two seasons.

This probably is a good assessment, whether he's playing with 1s or 2s that shouldn't affect his accuracy. He did have a couple passes dropped if I remember correctly also
