If water is a concern, I am only interested in vinyl plank. Looks good. Easy to replace. Soft on the feet. No maintenance. Not frigid cold in winter. Overall it just looks better too.
I’ve heard from a few folks that vinyl flooring brings down the value of your house.

Nah they are putting this stuff in million dollar homes. Look at parade of homes it’s in every house almost.
