Because Netflix is going to have trouble finding content. There arent many people who subscribe to Netflix for original content. Most of it is crap.
Warner will have a streaming service, and NBCUniversal will as well. Sony and Paramount are struggling mightily. What does that leave Netflix to fill its catalogue with?
Netflix has invested too much money in content that just isnt that good. I doubt they are around in 10 years.
