assault-style rifles/sniper rifles

I'll be completely honest

Fully semi automatic assault sniper rifles with silencers and high capacity clips sound terrifying

It’s like the doofus ceo that sells camping trailers and supplies when he publicly announced that he didn’t want Trump voters shopping at his company.
quote:

Despite a tough first quarter, Lemonis said the company had an "unusually terrible" third and fourth quarter last year and expects a "much easier hurdle as we get deeper into the year." He also turned attention to several executive appointments, including a new senior vice president of strategy, merchandising and product development, a new vice president of e-commerce and a new head of supply chain to improve performance.

quote:

The company, and Lemonis himself, came under fire in October from shareholders who claimed that they were giving out misleading information about how well the Gander Outdoors integration was going.

Yep. I haven't watched a complete race in years.

Exactly. Instead of taking a political stance which changes all the time they should have focused on their product. Get rid of these spec cars and bring back real cars. I'd much rather see Chargers, Malibus, Fusion, hell even bring in imports to run. Have minimum weights, homologation regs, etc.
The NHRA has similar struggles meanwhile 1/2 mile, standing mile, roll races have taken off. It's like watching boxing stagnate while MMA rockets off.

Lemonis thought he was gonna get some daps from his ilk at MSNBC and the like, but forgot his demographic at his stores are the good ol baws from Trumpland. Talk about arrogance. I sound so virtuous and please praise me.

Do they think wine drinking pussy progs are going to watch if they go prog on guns?

That’s just it - there’s no way for them to increase viewership with this kind of SJW kowtowing, they only stand to piss/run off some of their current base.

Did the NFL think that allowing pansy arse shite would get some California liberal to watch a game instead of E?

Did Dick’s think that banning gun sales, and making a big show of it, would get some nonfat soy milk latte drinking city boy to go there instead of the Gap?

Did Gillette expect a huge boost in sales from trannies - most of whom were probably already using their products? That’s like telling your slowest baserunner on third to try to steal home with you best hitter at bat. It has zero upside.

I just don’t understand how any business that depends on a particular type of customer as their primary source of income could ever think that alienating them would improve their situation. It really is baffling. Are the executives really that out of touch with their consumers?

Well, the last thing you want is an increasing share of a shrinking market.

Might as well put this ole girl down, then. She's had her day and now it's time to go up to that big ole oval track in the sky, 4-wide, going fast, rubbin', turning left, baws.

And the preceeding 3-4 years, dick?

quote:

That is merely a 1% loss in viewership, hardly anything. Three 2019 races carried on Fox saw ratings decreases of 5% or less from 2018, but three had increases of 6% or less. The Daytona 500, the sport’s biggest race, this year had a 5.31 rating, compared with a 5.33 rating in 2018. Now, of course, here is the giant asterisk: The number of viewers for those same six races, all on Fox, was 39.64 million in 2017 and 50.1 million in 2015. So the 2019 viewership number still represents a 21% drop from 2017 and a 38% drop from 2015.

I'll just assume you're capable of reading

Unfortunately, yes. They are way more insulated in their bubbles than ever before.

I will never figure out why NASCAR wants to distance itself from the south. That’s been the only major cause of their slide.

Guess that was misguided.

Between turning their back on the core fans who supported them in the early days, stabbing us in the back over the Confederate flag and this NASCAR has done a superb job of fricking their own self. Good riddance to the idiots, their sport is gradually dying and it's self inflicted
