another left wing jackass who cannot rebutt the facts like pigboy. congrats man! just spin with opinions. avoid and dodge!
nobody said obama did not inherit a recession. so did W. obama was terrible. he had plenty time. I am not re posting the lack of context you obama loving clowns conveniently leave out. scroll up, i put it in a post to ghostwriter.
let us see if trump is at 1.8 over 8 years. Did W use clinton recession as his excuse for 8 years?

Trump is no fiscal conservative.
The deal he cut with Pelosi and Schumer just before the August break cost us billions---I suspect he gave them everything they wanted in exchange for a vote on USMCA when Congress comes back. He should have told Ross to shut up last fall and got a republican congress to vote on it.

Barack Obama: Added $8.588 trillion, a 74 percent increase from the $11.657 trillion debt at the end of Bush’s last budget, FY 2009.
2010 - 1.294 trillion impact of Bush's recession
2011 - 1.300 trillion impact of Bush's recession
2012 - 1.087 trillion starting to come out of recession
2013 - 679 billion
2014 - 485 billion
2015 - 438 billion
2016 - 585 billion
2017 - 665 billion
Obama was able to lower the annual deficit during his presidency without the ability to raise taxes on the rich, which he wanted to do but was unable to because of a republican congress. He did institute a small tax on the rich as part of the ACA roll out his second year, an issue that is a big win for democrats in the 2018 blue wave, after 8 years of republicans trying to undermine and kill it.
What has been the trend of Trump's deficit spending so far?
I'm curious.

FY 2017 - $672 billion.
FY 2016 - $1.423 trillion.
FY 2015 - $327 billion.
FY 2014 - $1.086 trillion.
FY 2013 - $672 billion.
one of us has bad numbers

The fact that you two have such differing numbers tells you how easily they can be manipulated.

tell me about it. i'd do a monetary bet with him for 1k or more that trump will have higher GDP over 8 years than his savior obama. I am sure he is a pussy though and won't bet me.
if obama was an accomplishment than W was great!

he loves job killing regulations. he must have hated reagan, and now trump obviously! also i bet he hated that damn tax cutting JFK!

No, the poster is just wrong. Don't know where he got his numbers, but we know what our annual budget deficits are.
There is some truing up as data comes in but every credible source will settle in within a few billion. There aren't 600 billion discrepancies in deficit reporting.

Of course, he is wrong.

I think my source moved some numbers:
FY 2010 - $1.652 trillion.
FY 2009 - $253 billion. Congress passed the Economic Stimulus Act, which spent $253 billion in FY 2009. This rare occurrence should be added to President Obama's contribution to the debt.
FY 2009 - $1.632 trillion. This was Bush's deficit without the impact of the Economic Stimulus Act.

Yeah, well we didn't have 15% unearned income tax rates on the rich now did we when JFK was POTUS?
Perspective.
You should try it, see if it makes you look less clueless.

This is the reason the problem won't be solved.
You are blaming the people picking up the tab instead of the people that created it.
They have you eating out of the palm of their hand.

Right. It won't be solved by republicans who have been in power for 11 years.
The lowest paid working poor among us pay 15.3% in federal income tax on penny one that they earn. No exemptions, no bogus made up personal expenses to deduct,
every frickin penny they earn is taxed at 15.3%.
Now compare that to the rich puss that never had to work and just inherited 20 million or whatever and sits on a beach while his inheritance generates 400,000 a year in dividend income.
This rich puss only pays 15% of that unearned money in taxes.
How the F is that fair?

Ummmm, you do realize that 15.3% the poor are paying are going to their ss and Medicare, right?
The rich dude who never works isn’t paying into ss and Medicare because he will not be getting it.

I was kinda confused about that as well.
Posted on 8/17/19 at 10:26 am to PygmalionEffect
Now take that same example and apply it to a hard working middle class person that most posters here fall into at some point in your lives.
Now, in addition to the 15.3% in taxes, you also get to pay 3-4% in State income taxes on your hard earned money and also another 10-20% in effective federal income tax depending on how far up the ladder you are.
The average middle class tax payer pays in a much larger % of their wages in federal taxes than the rich.
Not sure why Trumpsters can't see that? They just applaud their orange god for cutting even more taxes on the rich to the point that many of them now pay little to nothing in taxes, living it up, while putting the burden on the middle class.
You can see how knowledgeable middle class tax payers get frustrated with their fellow middle class voters continuing to reward republicans to office that keep this unfair tax system alive, mainly to ban abortion which will never happen for any length of time.

You absolute liar.
The TCJA MADE THE INCOME TAX SYSTEM MIRE PROGRESSIVE
IN 2018, the only group that saw a tax increase were those earning a million or more
The middle class saw a tax cut

It's something republicans don't understand when they constantly quote on here that we have all these entitlements and 50% of the workers pay no federal income tax.
100% of of W-2 working taxpayers pay federal income tax, even non-citizens who have to pay the tax but aren't eligible for the benefits.
