When Julio has everything under control he's an all star level pitcher. When he doesn't he walks a bunch of guys and gives up a ton of hard contact. He's about as much of a roller coaster from best to worst as you can get.

More often than not he's a guy who gives you 5 or 6 excellent innings but takes so many pitches to do it he can't go any deeper.

He's a perfect as a #4 ish starter and for far too long he's had to be a top of the rotation guy here
