re: Acceptable to call the police to report "panhandlers" at a neighborhood market place?

I had one woman outside of Walmart in Harahan give me this sob story about having just gotten to New Orleans to stay at her sisters but her sister had an accident and they had no where to stay and no money for gas to get back home. She threw in a lot of details. Problem was she had hit me with this same story at least six months prior. When pointed it out she got verbally violent and tried to come after me until I reached in my car and grabbed a bat.

The ones on the corners who go in and out of traffic annoy me because one is going to get hit and you know some PIECE OF GODLESS EXCREMENT plaintiff attorney will take their case and some PIECE OF GODLESS EXCREMENT judge will award them money.
