Good luck with that. Only guys I know that still have r12 are commercial and home ac guys. Auto shops did away with that stuff years ago. Starting in 2020 if you have to get a recharge on your older home ac unit with r12 they you will be forced to buy a completely new unit. You can thank the EPA for that.

Those guys typically will have R-22 not R-12

Again, pretty sure you're thinking of R-22
