They're probably overwhelmed with calls because they sold a shite ton of $99 cameras so every redneck in the country has 2 or 3 of them now and have no idea how to use them.
That being said, I also bought 2. And didn't get any pictures yesterday from the 1 I have out right now. I was beginning to think it wasn't working. But then 6 pictures just popped up from this morning so we all good.
ETA: Did you try updating the firmware? I read this fixes a lot of issues.

Just go to their website and follow the instructions. You have to load the update on a micro SD card and then just put it in the camera and then turn the power on. That's all you have to do. Very simple.
Updating The Camera Using A SD Card:
1.Format the SD card (procedure here).
2.Download the update file from our website: Software
3.For PC computers:
4.Format the Micro SD card on your computer.
5.Open the downloaded .zip file by double-clicking on it.
6.Extract the 5 files from the .zip file.
7.Copy the 5 extracted files onto the Micro SD card.
8.Eject the Micro SD card from the computer.
9.Make sure the camera is turned OFF.
10.Insert the Micro SD card into the camera.
11.Power ON the camera.
12.The camera will run the firmware update by itself for around 30 seconds. («Status» light flashes orange).
13.Then, it will turn off for a second. The camera firmware will be up to date.
14.The camera will then restart by itself and it will go through the connection process. («Status» light flashes green).

The one I have with Verizon won't get a good enough signal where I have it for it to send pics. I have a Moultrie modem with Verizon that works fine though. My Verizon phone also works pretty well in the area.

I'm hoping for the best. If not I'll return it but it seemed worth the shot for $100

I finally talked to someone---I need to do "factory reset". I actually have firmware up to date, good batteries and 3-4 bars of service. It just quit taking pics for some reason. Of course they couldn't tell me what triggered the need for the reset . . .
and yes, the wait time on the phone was 20 minutes or so. I usually use IM to see what's up but now get zero response.
I have the EVO-Verizon. It will do great for months at time then just stop working

Same here. One of my hunting spots is right on the interstate and has a strong signal and is working great. The other lease is kind of spotty and I hope to get a camera out there soon to see if I can get a signal. If not, I may pick up an external antenna to try.

Ok update on mine. I ordered 3 of the link Mirco's from the recent sale that sportsman guide has nor for $119 each. powered up added to my AT&T account everything seems good at home on Thursday evening except there was a delay of about 15 minutes from the time it took the pic until I received it. Called customer support (FKN JOKE). Finally after over 30 minutes got a human that knew wtf was going on told me I needed a software update and walked me thru it. Updated all 3. Pictures were to my phone quicker. about 3 minute delay. respectable I can live with that. Called it a night. Off Friday and too the woods at daybreak. set them all up. got a confirmation pic form all three as I sat them up. about a 5 minute delay. Not happy seeing its a new product and compared to my covert and moutrie which or just seconds from pic to phone. But they are up. started getting pics about hour before dark of various deer, hog, turkey and so forth. And its back to a 15 min delay. Call customer support AGAIN 30 minutes. told me to bring them home and update again. SO Sunday evening I yanked them. Have updated again and still about a 3 minute delay. I have been waiting on a call from some form of management or rep fo6 days now. I called again last night and he assured me after 30 more minutes that I am in the que for someone to call me. SO we will see. at this point I just want my money back and they can stick these on the same shelf with Wildgame Innovations junk. The Greater Value products of the hunting world.

You can’t handle a 15 minute delay?
I’ll
Give you 75 for them

I can live with a 15 minute delay versus having to drive 4 hours to go pull cards out of cameras.
Our plan for hunting season is to put the cameras out over various piles of rice bran throughout the lease to see when and where to turn the dogs loose. So 15 minutes isn't a big deal for that either as long as we know there's a deer close, the dogs will get it up.

Mine come in today. If they work with a 15 minute or longer delay I’d be more than happy. It’s a trail cam not a security camera. I was concerned that they didn’t send.,, hell I’ll take a full day delay for $100

something is going on at that place. Usually their service is top notch. A few months ago I'd have an issue and use the instant messaging on their website---responses and solutions (even if it meant a reboot
)within minutes

Probably getting overwhelmed. 10 coonasses at my club, myself included, just bought cameras from them. I imagine that happened at a bunch of places. 3 guys tried to hook them up without reading so called support. I imagine that’s happening also

They are overwhelmed for sure. I hit up support also, granted i had phone service and no camera service which pissed me off

Jus set mine up and they work at the house. I put the new firmware on the cameras. There was a 2-3 minute delay. We’ll see how they do in the wods

Camera is set up at the lease in Missouri and it’s taking pics and i am receiving them. I put the new firmware on before we set them out and there is a delay but nothing terrible. $100 I’m happy as of now. I’ll update after a week and I get the one in Mississippi set up. I’m showing 2/5 service bars and it’s still working. I was expecting that to be too little.
